If you accidentally record a nursing, you can delete it by sliding your finger across the nursing to make a delete button appear. Tap the delete button to remove the nursing.
Tap and hold a row on the list of nursings for about 2 seconds to see the options for adding a quick note.
The color of the onsie in the timer is a hint for which side to start your next nursing on.
